Over his career, David has worked with renowned companies such as Salesforce.com, The New York Times, The United Nations, Kaiser Permanente, Starbucks, and Hampton Inn. More recently, he took a break from consulting to dive into early-stage sector as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Madrona Venture Labs, co-founder of Uplevel, and continues to advise promising early-stage companies.
Additionally, David’s expertise extends to academia, where he has shared his knowledge by teaching courses on OB, Leadership, and HR analytics at the University of Washington, Foster School of Business, and Baruch College, City University of New York.
Charles Scherbaum, Ph.D., Lead Technical Expert
Dr. Charles A. Scherbaum is a professor of industrial and organizational psychology at Baruch College, City University of New York. Charles is an expert in job analysis, employee selection, employee assessments, and demonstrating the job-relatedness of assessments. He has numerous publications and presentations on these topics, and his work has received the top awards in I-O psychology. Charles has consulted with a wide variety of private and public sector organizations, conducting job analyses, developing selection assessments, and conducting validity studies. He frequently works as an expert in employment litigation, including for the U.S. Department of Justice and the EEOC.
